Carnival Kings

Host and chef Richard "Richie" Farina, having had his first foray into television as a contestant on "Future Food," hits the road in search of cutting-edge culinary competitions at carnivals around the country. Fearless and innovative, Farina challenges the chefs of the fairgrounds to a duel to see which of them can make the better dish. Farina has 24 hours to re-create a famous fairground food from the local carnival before they go head to head in a cook-off judged by fairgoers to see just which dish is the best.
