Russell Simmons Presents Brave New Voices

As 44 teams of teenage poets descend on Washington, D.C., to do verbal battle in the 2008 Brave New Voices International Youth Poetry Slam Festival, this seven-part series focuses on several of the participants as they practice their performance, share their stories and reflect on how the "spoken word" has changed their lives.
