Deadly Shootouts

Movie shootouts have accounted for some of the most spectacular scenes in film history, and they continue to look even better as technology improves. A key to having a successful bullet-filled scene is realism, which requires getting the science behind the gunfight correct. "Deadly Shootouts" takes viewers inside those shootouts, using modern ballistic tests and forensic analyses, in addition to stylized re-creations, to take a look at the realism of the famous scenes. Some of the sequences that are explored on this docuseries include the shootout at the O.K. Corral in "Tombstone" and the infamous Bonnie and Clyde rampage that has been depicted in a number of films.
