The last thing first responders expect to experience on an emergency call is a paranormal encounter. But it's not as unusual as one might think. Each year an alarming number of 911 responders are forced to face their fears as they put themselves in danger to help the living. This first-person, drama/documentary presents terrifying true tales of such encounters, brought to life via re-enactments and the perspectives of police officers, firefighters and paramedics who arrive on scene, then find themselves witnessing supernatural phenomena.
